From the North:  

Take Rt. 95 South to Exit 10A (Rt. 117 Warwick/West Warwick). Off the exit, go right at the light, go 1.3 miles and go right onto Rt.1/Post Road, go 1.2 miles south on Post Rd and 3970 Post Road will be on your left.

From the South: 

Take Rt. 95 North to Exit 10 (Rt.117 Warwick/West Warwick). Off the exit, go right at the light, go 1.3 miles and go right onto Rt.1/Post Road, go 1.2 miles south on Post Rd and 3970 Post Road will be on your left.
